Nature walks

As a part of our curriculum, we will be going on weekly nature walks. The nature walk is good exercise but also allows us to see and study God's world.  This week, we've learned about shadows and the sun.  Also, in science we've discussed how birds have different calls or songs.  So today on our walk, the kids were looking and listening for those.  Here's a photo I took of the treetops and Spanish moss. I LOVE the "sunburst" effect in photos.
